Craig started VoiceAbility, a mental health support business, at the age of 24 and left in 2010.  Today it is a £10m turnover social business employing over 300 people and working with thousands of clients every year.   He has worked with over 30 Founders of businesses in the healthcare and public services sector since 2010.  He also runs the Stepping Out Foundation, a seed-funding foundation for early businesses with a social purpose.    Craig sits on the Board of Social and Sustainable Capital Trust, has written three books on social business and teaches at Cass Business School and Anglia Ruskin University, where he holds an Honorary Doctorate.

Noah is faculty director of the Origin Ventures Academy for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Illinois, where he co-founded and directs the award-winning iVenture Accelerator and Illinois Social Innovation. As visiting Assistant Professor of Business Administration, he was part of the four-person design team for the $48 million Siebel Center for Design, and has served as a strategist for the $1.2 billion Discovery Partners Institute, $38 million Illinois Innovation Network, and $59 million I-ACT autonomous transportation research facility.

Steph is a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham’s Third Sector Research Centre. Steph has extensive knowledge and networks in charity and social enterprise, including a focus on high-net-worth investors and philanthropists. She helps our partner ventures identify and secure funding (especially grants), thoughtfully evaluate and convey their social impact, and embed their social mission throughout their business activities.
